MezzaninesIn-Plant OfficesStorage Systems

We produce, design and install pre-engineered high quality mezzanines. These units double the usable floor space in an existing building without costly structural changes. Modular design, wide column spacing, superior quality, and moderate cost make this system ideal for storage, work platforms, in-plant offices, warehouses, military facilities and retail stores. Completely fabricated steel components require no drilling or welding. Heavy duty columns (6" x 6" x 3/16") provide strength and loading capacity required for industrial and commercial applications. This system is designed for 150 PSF live load and 8' clear height. Decking options available include 1 1/8" T & G Poly-Lam plywood or steel bar grating. Underside of Poly-Lam decking is white for greater light reflection beneath. Colors: Gray or Blue - Other Colors Available.......

Mezzanines can be installed above in-plant offices or over steel shelving systems. Great for bulk storage away from high traffic areas, and 2nd level conveyor and picking systems. Mezzanines cost as little as $13.00 per Sq. Ft. base price. Handrails, Gates and Stairways are custom configured for your application and are added to the base price.

Why Use Cascade Mezzanines?
1. Greater productivity, savings, and profit.
2. If your plant is out of warehouse or plant space, think UP, not out.
3. The mezzanine can be written off as capital equipment.
4. Maximize your inventory control.
5. Speed up product distribution.
6. Eliminate leased space costs.
7. Remember, if you're leasing a space and you build in a permanent mezzanine you just increased the landlord's net worth, not your company's! So use Cascade Equipment's modular removable mezzanines!
